HCi contain two parts, a cast iron stove shell and a welded burning box, the clearance between the two will reduce the chance of the  shell overheating.

Separate air intake will enable the possibility to use outside air, an adjustable shutter at outlet can  control the flame. Maximizing the glass area for viewing.

Following figure shows the design of the burning box:

1. Top flap for initial burning

2. Incoming air will clean the glass

3. Left over burning material will flow downward and ignite for secondary burning.

4. Heat exchange plate will heat up the intake air and cool down the outgoing air.

5. Catalytic converter could be installed if required.

6. Inter-changeable cast iron shell with top warm air vent.

7. Chimney with flap (not shown).

8. Intake draft from outside.

The above design has not been tested, prototype is ready for pickup.
